Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, on orders over $100.00 we offer free shipping to US addresses via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 3–5 business days to receive your order (typically less if you’re closer to Los Angeles).
Do you offer Will Call or Local Pickup?
Yes, we offer free local pickup at our Los Angeles warehouse in Gardena, CA, located near the 405 and 110 freeways. When checking out, select Pick up as the delivery method. For same-day order pickup, please order by 11am Pacific Time (currently unavailable).
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories?
Yes, we ship to addresses in these destinations via UPS (air services) or USPS Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Do you ship to Military APO/FPO or PO Boxes addresses?
Yes, we ship to both Military APO/FPO addresses and non-continental PO Boxes via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Do you ship to International addresses?
Yes, we ship to international locations other than U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses via UPS (air services) and DHL Worldwide Express. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
When do you ship orders?
We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We don't ship on these holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
Will my order ship today?
For same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 12pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays listed above). Orders placed after 12pm Pacific Time will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For standard UPS Ground shipping, you should receive your order within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

How do I track my order?
Once an order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with an order tracking link. Click through to obtain the tracking number. You can also find the order status page in your LiteControls account.
Will I have to sign for my package?
Typically, we don’t require a signature on delivery. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this requirement at his or her discretion. Please make all necessary arrangements to accept delivery of large or valuable items.
