How do I return a product?

Please contact customer service at (888) 535-9580 for assistance and, if necessary, initiate the return authorization process. All customer returns must have an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization number) or they will not be accepted for security reasons.

Not what you ordered?

In the event of a duplicate, shorted, or erroneous shipment, we will reimburse all shipping expenses and wave the restocking fee. RMA# required. Please contact customer service at (888) 535-9580 for assistance.

Not what I thought it would be?

We are sorry it didn’t work out. If the purchase is within 7 days of delivery, please contact customer service at (888) 535-9580 for assistance. All returned merchandise must be resalable, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all parts and pieces included. If not, the returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee or denial of full credit. Final determination will be LiteControls Quality Control department.


How do replace defective product still under warranty?

All of our products have multiyear warranties to be free of defects and workmanship errors. In the event of in warranty product failure, we will replace the defective product at no charge for shipping or handling. The final determination of defective status will be by the Quality Control department. Please have your warranty and proof of purchase date available. Call our customer service at (888) 535-9580.


Can custom orders be returned?

All custom orders are non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
